New Year’s Alcoholic Beverages...


Strawberry Mango Margarita’s…
Ingredients (serves 8)
  • 2 Mango’s, skinned and cubed
  • 250ml silver tequila
  • 40ml fresh lime juice
  • 160ml Triple sec
  • 120ml lemonade
  • 2 cups ice cubes
Place ice, strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and mango in a blender (in order). Blend. Serve in margarita glasses, top up with lemonade and enjoy.

Tequila Mojito...
Ingredients (makes 1)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 12 large fresh mint leaves
  • 60ml tequila
  • 60ml lemonade

In a highball glass, mix lime juice, sugar, and mint. Mash mint leaves with the back of a spoon until the sugar dissolves. Fill the glass with ice. Add tequila and lemonade; stir to blend.
