Toasted Muesli...

Serves: 3- 4
   3cup oats

   1/2 cup flaked almonds
   1/2 cup sunflower seeds
   1/3 cup pepitas
   1/4 cup sesame seeds
   1/3 cup shredded coconut
   1 tbsp ground cinnamon
   1 tbsp/ 3 tsp honey
   3/4 tbsp macadamia oil
  1. Preheat oven to 150°C. Line a large deep baking dish with baking paper or wax paper. Combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, pepitas, sesame seeds, coconut and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. In a small container mix together the macadamia oil and honey, pour over the oat mix. Mix well to combine.
  3. Spread mixture evenly over base of dish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes, or until golden and toasted. Set aside to cool completely (muesli will form crisp clusters on cooling).
  4. Crumble muesli into an airtight container until ready to serve.
